WHAT
WE DO

The CHORE Foundation creates opportunities through education and on-the-job training.

FOUNDATIONS.

Utilizing our resources to develop untouched and undernourished skill sets in the inner city community, we give the gift that keeps on giving. By educating our community residents and building their personal and professional skill sets, we help make them more hirable and placeable as job candidates, and promotable as employees.

Our job and life-readiness programs for youth and adults focus on three areas of development and training: tools and trades, technology, and food and wellness.

Tools & Trades

Our participants learn how to use a variety of tools, improve their skills, and experience hands-on opportunities to build actual things.

Technology

From security to internet access, there are many different technologies used in the construction world. We train participants to use them in the field.

Food & Wellness

Nutrition and exercise are critical to success in work and life. Our participants learn about good habits that provide needed energy on the job and for life.

YOUTH PROGRAM

The Chore Foundation's youth program develops well-rounded, self-confident youth (ages 5-17) who are well prepared to enter their adult worlds. We offer STEM-based modules in a safe and peaceful environment where participants can learn while having fun.
